Co-Founder and CEO Neuroblastoma Australia

CEO, Lucy Jones is focused on driving change neuroblastoma survival rates through more research, having tragically lost her daughter Sienna to this cancer in 2010.

When Sienna was first diagnosed, Lucy started fundraising with a small group of friends. The group 'Sienna Hoffmann and friends' raised over $725 000 for the Children’s Cancer Institute. They did this through a number of Sienna Frangipani Gala Dinners as well as other events and founded the Run2Cure Neuroblastoma with friends and volunteers.

Since then, over $3.7 million dollars have been raised to fund innovative research into neuroblastoma childhood cancer, with the goal of finding a cure for this devastating disease.

Lucy is a board director on the Australian and New Zealand Children's Oncology Group, and also is an appointed member of the General Assembly for the Accelerate Initiative in Europe. She is also an associate investigator on a number of neuroblastoma research projects. In 2024 Lucy was awarded the Premier Award for Advocacy by Cancer NSW.

Lucy has a Master in Business Administration and recently completed a degree in psychology. She worked in the corporate world as a national buyer prior to starting her mission to change outcomes for children with cancer.
