Trek the Larapinta Trail in support of vital research

In June 2021, Neuroblastoma Australia organized Trek2Cure Neuroblastoma Larapinta Trail, a 7 day trip to explore one of the most exciting bush walking trails in the whole of Australia for an amazing cause - research into a cure for the aggressive children’s cancer, neuroblastoma.

Trip highlights

Over 223 km in length, the trek started in Alice Springs, where the participants explored this ruggedly beautiful town in the heart of Central Australia and heard from Aranda Elders on the history of the area. The experience included exploring the majestic West MacDonnell Ranges, Mount Zeil (the highest point in the Northern Territory) and Redbank Gorge as well as many other iconic natural landmarks.
